Our methods have been proven to be the most reliable process available. Damaged drive and trailer spindles are removed from the housing and replaced with a high quality steel, more durable than the original manufacturer's standard. Our parts are exclusively made here in the U.S.A by quality driven master machinists.
What type of housings do you work on?
For trailer axles: Rockwell, Meritor, Freuhoff, Dana, and more. For Drive axle: Eaton, Mack, International, Meritor, Dana, Sterling, Rockwell, among others.
Does rebuilding the spindle weaken the overall strength of the housing?
With our restoration process, the spindle is stronger than before the damage occured.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are a fully licensed corporation and fully insured.
Do you stand behind your repairs?
Absolutely! We are perfection and safety driven. All our work is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle and operate within the truck/trailers/equipment's manufacturers’ specified work loads.
What is an acceptable tolerance for a correct bearing fit?
The rule of thumb on this is if you can fit over a .008 feeler guage in between the bearing and the journal surface then the journal is undersized.
What type of payments do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, including EFS, T-Checks, and ComChecks. We do accept Purchase Orders from Pre-approved sources.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services for fleet maintenence solutions?
Yes, if you have mutiple spindles to be repaired at once or over time within a fleet, we are happy to extend a discount.
